Minova is an industry leader in ground support and geotechnical solutions for mining, tunnelling and surface ground engineering projects. Minova manufactures an extensive range of ground support products, including steel and fiberglass bolts, resin cartridges, injection resins, pumpable cement grouts, and a long list of specialty products for the mining and infrastructure markets. Minova operates manufacturing plants across five continents, with extended operations in more than 25 countries. In North America, Minova has 5 active manufacturing plants, with a sixth under construction, while the Canadian production facility is located in Hamilton, Ontario. Minova recently expanded its Field Services division to Sudbury, Ontario. It’s Field Services group specializes in the application of injection resins in underground mining, such as ground consolidation, void filling, water stoppage, and chemical grouting. Minova’s Field Services group works with all sizes of customer, assisting with unique projects that often are beyond the scope of our customers or contractors. Our Field Services personnel arrive with the necessary technical expertise, equipment, and chemical products to complete the job safely and effectively.
At Mining Transformed, Minova will be exhibiting its new chemical injection and grouting platform. Designed from the ground up for the harsh mining environment, the chemical injection system is robust and easy to use. By design, the system guarantees a perfect mixing ratio, eliminating the headache of questionable installation quality commonly seen with cementitious grouts. Used with Carbothix™, Minova’s industry leading fast-setting chemical grout, the platform will dramatically speed up installation time and reduce cycle times in critical areas. Come by our exhibit to see why each month, more operations are adopting Minova’s chemical injection system as their grouting platform of choice.
