ARLYX Technologies is redefining productivity and sustainability with its 100% electric autonomous vehicles.
In underground mines, ARLYX vehicles automate material handling, safely transporting up to 10,000 pounds of material roundtrip, even during blasting periods. The result is less traffic on the ramp, an additional 3 to 8 hours of work per day, and up to $40,000 in annual savings thanks to the electric power supply, along with reduced greenhouse gas emissions.
ARLYX develops fully electric, autonomous utility vehicles purpose-built for underground metalliferous mines with ramp access. The solution automates material handling across surface and underground service areas, even during blasting. By shifting these operations into blasting periods, ARLYX enables continuous work while reducing ramp congestion during peak traffic, resulting in more ore being hauled to surface.
Designed for seamless integration into existing mine operations, ARLYX vehicles operate in both teleoperation and autonomous modes, transporting up to 5 tonnes per trip without disrupting production haulage. The table-based unloading system enables fast, precise material delivery at designated work zones. Founded in Quebec, ARLYX developed its understanding of mining needs through engagement with operators across Canada and Australia, with a focus on reducing operating costs, improving worker safety, and accelerating the transition to fully electric underground operations.
Come see the ARLYX vehicle in live teleoperation at Drift 2006 during Mining Transformed 2026.
