Epiroc will be demonstrating Titan, its advanced collision avoidance solution designed to improve safety and productivity in both surface and underground mining operations. Using a combination of fail-safe sensing technologies, Titan provides vehicle-to-vehicle, vehicle-to-person, and vehicle-to-hazard awareness, helping reduce collision risk while supporting EMESRT-aligned safety strategies.
This demonstration will include pedestrian interaction while also showing a sample of the Onboard platform. In addition, Epiroc will display a sample of its teleremote solutions that enable operators to control equipment from a safe distance during high-risk activities such as mucking, draw point operation, or recovery after blasting. Representatives will also be available to discuss tele-remote, autonomy, and more.
