Jannatec Technologies has provided lighting and communications products and solutions to the mining industry for more than 25 years. For the last 15 years, the company has also been implementing situational awareness solutions such as its JAWS (Jannatec Advanced Warning System) proximity detection and collision avoidance systems at several operations across North America.
The SmartView platform forms the base for additional options including fatigue management, digital circle check pre-op entry, back-up camera capabilities, training-based access control, blind spot detection, and more. Rather than running separate safety systems independently, Jannatec consolidates multiple technologies into one system displayed on a centralized screen, giving operators real-time situational awareness with audio and visual alerts to show where people or obstacles are located around the vehicle.
When a collision risk is detected, automated interventions such as braking can also be triggered. At the center of this ecosystem is SmartView, Jannatec's advanced monitoring and visualization platform for both mobile and fixed equipment. SmartView enables 360-degree visibility, digital inspections, and real-time data capture. Jannatec is also a Motorola Gold Partner and a Sena Communications dealer.
Jannatec Technologies will be demonstrating the JAWS (Jannatec Advanced Warning System) proximity detection system and showing additional modules available on the SmartView platform, including digital circle check, training-based access control, and the back-up camera feature. Also on display will be Jannatec's newly introduced G4-series radio cap lamp, featuring the Motorola R7 radio as well as other communication options.
