Mammoth Equipment & Exhaust is a global engineering and manufacturing company focused on improving the performance, safety, and reliability of diesel-powered mobile equipment. Founded in Australia in 1974, Mammoth operates across Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, South Africa, the United States, and Sweden.
The company supports mining operations worldwide with practical, field-proven solutions designed for the realities of underground and surface environments. Its work focuses on improving machine conditions at the source. This includes fire prevention and heat control through thermal management systems and dual wall exhaust upgrades, emissions aftertreatment solutions such as DPF, DOC, and SCR systems, and performance improvements like engineered air intake boxes and pre-cleaners. Mammoth also develops sound attenuation solutions to reduce noise exposure for operators and crews.
Mammoth supports operations with direct-fit replacement exhaust components, helping simplify sourcing while improving durability and uptime. It also provides on-site support, including thermal audits to identify hotspots and tailpipe emissions testing to measure airborne hazards in real conditions so maintenance teams can make informed decisions and address issues before they lead to failure. The company's approach is practical and collaborative, often starting with trials to prove fit, performance, and durability before scaling across a fleet.
Whether as a parts supplier or a strategic partner, Mammoth helps reduce unplanned downtime, lower operating costs, and improve safety outcomes. At Mining Transformed, the company brings a simple perspective: better machine conditions lead to safer, more reliable operations.
Mammoth Equipment & Exhaust will showcase a range of machine improvement solutions for diesel-powered mining equipment, with a focus on emissions, heat control, and exhaust system performance.
Products on display will include emissions testing equipment such as the Testo unit and DPM-RT-2, used for measuring tailpipe emissions and airborne hazards in real operating conditions. The exhibit will also feature a dual wall exhaust pipe display to demonstrate how upgraded exhaust systems improve durability and reduce surface temperatures.
For hands-on demonstration, Mammoth will present a turbo and manifold section fitted with thermal insulation blankets. This will show how blankets are installed and removed, highlighting fitment, serviceability, and their role in reducing heat exposure and fire risk.
