We will demonstrate the SYMX.AI end-to-end industrial IoT and AI platform for mobile mining equipment, demonstrated through a live software environment supported by real field deployments.
The demonstration will focus on the SYMX.AI asset performance management platform and its core software modules, including fuel management, productivity and cycle analysis, predictive maintenance, shift and operator analytics, dispatch support, and tire health management. Together, these modules provide a unified, real-time operational view of mobile assets across both underground and open pit mining environments. A key differentiator of the platform is its evolution into a fully integrated system that combines fleet management, equipment health, and advanced analytics within a single architecture rather than isolated point solutions.
The platform ingests high frequency machine data collected via SYMX.AI IoT gateways installed on operating mining equipment. These gateways interface directly with vehicle CAN networks and auxiliary sensors, enabling detailed visibility into machine condition, utilization, fuel burn, and operator behavior. The same system is deployed across underground and surface equipment, allowing consistent analytics across mixed fleets.
Another component of the demonstration will be SYMX.AI’s proprietary mesh connectivity capability for underground mining. Mobile assets act as network nodes, connecting to each other to maintain continuous data flow in environments with limited or no fixed infrastructure. This enables reliable data transmission, real time visibility, and operational continuity in challenging underground conditions.
