At Mining Transformed 2026, Turnkey will demonstrate how integrated communications infrastructure supports safer operations, improved productivity, and the digital transformation of mining.
Turnkey Communications will showcase its Mobile Communications Lab, a ruggedized and fully functional platform demonstrating a live, integrated mine communications environment.
Inside the Mobile Lab, attendees will experience a private LTE network (5G-ready) delivering secure voice and data connectivity for underground, surface, and remote mining operations. The demonstration will also highlight industrial IoT sensors using LoRaWAN technology, physical security systems including video surveillance and access control, and edge-enabled network management.
These technologies illustrate how modern mines can integrate connectivity, sensing, and operational systems to improve safety, environmental monitoring, and operational visibility.
The demonstration will also highlight how Turnkey’s infrastructure integrates with the Becker Mining Systems connected mine ecosystem, supporting applications such as worker communications, environmental monitoring, automation systems, and real-time operational data.
The Mobile Lab provides a realistic, field-ready view of how secure and scalable communications infrastructure enables the next generation of digitally connected mining operations.
