EarthtTrack uses an RFID-tagged, digital twin of spare parts inventory and a mobile scanning tablet that travels with the worker. Adoption is key.
Our solution provides a user experience layer that bridges the data gap between the actions on inventory and the ERP data updates. Our solution provides an active tag experience at a passive tag price.
EarthTrack’s solution consists of four modules:
1. EarthTrack | Go:
A mobile and powerful inventory control “on the fly” without visiting the terminal computer. Go’s key capabilities cover:
• Rapid Stocktake: Wave the tablet over shelving to detect and count stock items
• RFID/Mobile Scanner: Update all inventory events as they happen at the location of event
• Digitize all operations: View digital machinery manuals, pictures of stock items, digital signatures for authorised events, find lost items, digital POs, WO integrations etc.
2. EarthTrack | Core:
Core bridges the gap between inventory actions and ERP-integrated updates. The main capabilities of Core are:
• ERP Sync: Syncs with your ERP in near real time
• Event Ledger: Track every event with a log of events
• AI/Machine Learning: Core data can be used for AI and machine learning algorithms to help improve processes and save money
• Sentry Mode: Core is always watching. It can send you alerts or notifications of critical inventory events in real time.
3. EarthTrack | Control:
Control surfaces insights and recommendations through a data visualisation portal and is capable of:
• Actionable Insights: Master view of inventory along with intelligence:
o Optimum min/max levels
o Burn rates at part level and comparison across assets
o Part & supplier performance evaluation
o Flagged inventory anomalies
• Telemetry & Events: Complete 360 degree view of parts in/out and associated POs/WOs
• Notification and Alerts: Set up custom alerts and get notified of critical events related to POs, WOs and inventory items
• Communications: Access photos and notes uploaded by workers with EarthTrack Go
4. EarthTrack | Reach:
Reach tracks high value parts as they head out from the store into the field. It’s key features are:
• Active GPS: Active tags & GPS capability allow you to pinpoint high value items on a map
• Non-Return of Parts: Use a different management protocol for high value parts as they go out into the field
• Go & Control integration: Active tagged inventory in the field can be monitored and interacted with using both EarthTrack Go and EarthTrack Control
