The Hyperion tFITSTM system is perfect for underground mine environment monitoring. Not only is it easy and flexible enough to follow complex routes but the ability to run kilometers of the fibre means a great portion of the mines can be mapped out with one system. The system can be used for temperature monitoring of key assets (such as power cable below) as well as structural integrity monitoring on a continuous, real-time basis.
